Accountabilities

• Actively seek new business opportunities for profitable growth.
• Identify potential opportunities from marketing leads and cold calls.
• Conduct market analysis within the assigned territory.

• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Develop key relationships with existing customers and prospects.

• Manage administrative aspects, including quoting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in the packaging industry, especially in thermoforming.
• Solid understanding of key drivers in the packaging environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product and price positioning strategies.
• Proven track record of securing new customers and expanding share.
• Experience developing corporate-level relationships.
• Strong analytical skills for addressing profit levers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
