Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or related field, or equivalent experience 7 years of Agile experience, including 5 years in a coaching or enterprise Agile transformation role Strong facilitation and mentoring skills with demonstrated success coaching teams, leaders, and Agile roles Familiarity with multiple delivery models (Agile, Lean, Kanban, traditional) and how to navigate hybrid environments Strong communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences Exposure to enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives RequirementsPreferred Qualifications Experience in a healthcare or highly regulated industry Coaching teams that have worked in an Epic environment.
