The Patient Navigator (PN) is a remote, full?time role within the U.S. Patient Engagement Team. The PN serves as a guide for individuals with AA and their caregivers, helping them understand the treatment landscape and access available resources. This field?based, community?facing position emphasizes patient education, support, and connection to local, regional and national community partners.
The PN is responsible for overseeing major programs, driving strategic initiatives and working with cross?functional teams. The PN has advanced expertise in the patient journey, which may inform organizational direction through key insights that contribute to long?term business objectives. The PN adheres to compliance & regulatory standards and fosters innovation to advance patient engagement. The PN is also accountable for measurable outcomes and plays a key role in shaping patient engagement strategies and solutions within the SC organization.
The PN does not assist with reimbursement support for Pfizer AA treatments but appropriately triages patients to reimbursement resources as needed.
Individuals with AA and their caregivers often face challenges in diagnosis, understanding treatment options, and maintaining therapies. Proper education and awareness empower patients to engage in informed discussions with healthcare providers, especially as new therapies emerge. The PN is the central point of contact, focused on disease awareness, education, and connecting patients to resources both within Pfizer and in their local communities.
The PN works toward measurable goals of patient engagement, shared across cross?functional teams, and is held accountable to these established objectives.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share?based long?term incentive program.
