Application Analyst Senior The Application Analyst Senior provides expert-level technical support for complex clinical and/or business applications to enhance performance and meet organizational needs. Working independently, this role analyzes user requirements, implements solutions, and troubleshoots issues. The senior analyst also mentors lower-level team members on complex situations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with technical and end-user groups to ensure applications meet organizational needs during development and implementation. Conduct expert analysis of workflows, data collection, and reporting, translating business and clinical requirements into system configurations and workflows. Plan and execute testing, including system, integration, and user acceptance testing; document results and issues. Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for applications, monitor data quality and system performance, and escalate issues as needed. Stay updated on new technical solutions and assist with third-party system implementations. Ensure integration of applications with other organizational systems. Lead or assist in project management tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles. Licensure/Certification: Platform-centric certification required if applicable.
