Overview Marketing Coordinator position at Architectural Resources Group, Inc. (ARG) in San Francisco, CA. ARG is a 50+ person, nationally recognized firm focused on architecture, historic preservation, planning, and conservation with projects across the Pacific West. The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing efforts across ARG’s offices (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Portland, with recent expansion to Denver). The role may be located in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Portland, with an office-centric hybrid environment and up to two remote days per week. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team and should develop familiarity with the firm’s mission, areas of expertise, portfolio, and strategic goals. Responsibilities Leading qualification and proposal responses by coordinating information from internal staff, external consultants, and other team members for inclusion in proposals and presentations Writing, editing, and proofreading qualifications, proposals, presentations, and award submittals Maintaining a schedule to identify and track deadlines for proposal pursuits Tracking industry leads for potential new work Updating marketing collateral such as firm introductions, project sheets, and resumes Contributing to development of website and social media content Participating in interview preparation including developing graphic presentations Identifying and implementing creative ways to enhance marketing efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience in marketing or in a similar position at an A/E/C firm OR Associate Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in marketing or in a position at an A/E/C firm Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign Experience with a CRM database Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills Graphic design competency is a plus Team player with a supportive attitude Flexibility and an ability to transition tasks with ease Additional Information The anticipated salary range is $75,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience and geographic location.
