Armed Security Officer - $23.53 + $500 Bonus!

Securitas is offering a $500 bonus to those who hold an Armed Endorsement on their Denver Guard License!

Location: Denver, CO

Shifts Available:

• Monday - Thursday, 6:4am-4:30pm
• Tuesday - Saturday, 11:30pm-6:30am
• Tuesday - Friday, 7am-5pm
• Monday - Thursday, 7am-5pm 

Rate: $23.53/Hour

Securitas Security Services is looking for Armed Security professionals to join our team in providing overall safety and security services to our clients. Our armed program includes advanced firearms training, personal defense strategies, de-escalation, and use of force. We issue all necessary equipment to include company issued firearm and ammunition. We are looking for individuals who have prior law enforcement, military, and/or armed experience to join our team!

What Your Day May Look Like

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions
• Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity
• Provide detailed written reports.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for an armed position
• High school diploma or GED required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must have Armed Security experience
• Must pass pre-hire testing assignment and shooting qualification
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.

All candidates must be willing to participate in our standard background screening process.

We are looking for dynamic individuals who can provide outstanding customer service, control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required, monitor CCTV, and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
