Job Responsibilities:
  • Depositing Checks
  • Accurate Job Tracking
  • General Administrative Support for Branch
  • Sending P.O.'s
  • Answering phones
  • Dispatching repairs
  • Filing
  • To Assist the Construction Coordinator, Office Manager, Project Managers, and Construction Managers as Requested
Experience & Skills:
  • Able to Adapt: No Construction Experience Required, however, this is an Intermediate Level Position Requiring Previous Administrative/Clerical or Office Management Experience
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • A Problem Solver with Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Aggressive, with a "Get It Done" Attitude; Self-Motivated & Self-Driven
  • A Positive Team Player
  • Extremely Self-Organized with A Sense of Urgency
  • Accurate and Focused, with a High Attention to Detail
  • Prideful in all Job Tasks, Big or Small
  • Superior in Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Etc.)
  • Willing to Grow and Learn while being Career Oriented

This position is a full-time role that offers compensation between $20-$24/hour.
