Entry-Level Associate Attorney or Jr. Associate - Defense Firm (Wilmington, DE)

Position Overview: As an Associate Attorney , you'll be joining a team of seasoned professionals handling a variety of complex defense matters. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys on challenging cases and gain hands-on experience across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents (motions, pleadings, discovery responses, etc.)
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Assisting in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
• Participating in client meetings and providing strategic legal advice
• Collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys and staff on case strategy and execution

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Delaware Bar (must be in good standing)
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to grow professionally in a supportive, team-oriented setting
• Entry-level, newly barred in DE or at least 1 + years exp up to 5 years exp

This position is open to all qualified candidates who are admitted to the Delaware Bar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000-120,000 per year
