We also build training resources to help business teams understand the contracts they work with.
The Role
We are seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with excellent writing skills to join our team. This position will focus on drafting and reviewing technology contracts as well as preparing training materials that simplify legal concepts for business users.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both the technical precision of contract drafting.
Because this is a remote contract role made available on a 1099 basis, you will provide your own tools and equipment. The work is provided on an as-available basis, which you can complete your discretion.
What We’re Looking For
JD and license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Transactional / commercial contracts experience (in-house or firm).
Exceptional writing skills, with a background in journalism, editing, or other writing-intensive work strongly preferred .
Mastery of Microsoft Word
Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical language.
Interest in technology, software, and innovation.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
