*Now Hiring: Audiologist*
*Location:* 103 Medicine Way Road, Peridot, AZ 85542
*Pay:* $60–$75/hour
*Shifts:* Varied
*Job Summary*
As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders. You will work with individuals of all ages to diagnose hearing problems and provide appropriate interventions.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' hearing and balance issues
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
* Provide hearing aid fittings, adjustments, and maintenance
* Educate patients on hearing conservation strategies
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as otolaryngologists, to address patient needs
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
*Skills*
* Proficiency in computerized audiometric equipment and software
* Knowledge of aseptic techniques for maintaining equipment cleanliness
* Strong diagnostic evaluation skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
* Excellent customer service skills
* Familiarity with pediatric audiology for working with children
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
* Experience in office management and sales is a plus
*Qualifications:*
* Current Arizona Audiologist License
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
