Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 per year

A bit about us:

Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeking to add a Banking & Finance Associate to their team. An Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of banking and finance firm experience with experience drafting and reviewing loan documents (ex: credit agreements, collateral documents) in a highly structured middle market. The ideal candidate should also have experience with asset-based lending, acquisition, and real estate finance transactions. If you have a background representing banks as an administrative agent that is a PLUS!

Requirements

• 2-5 years of banking and finance experience (Lender-side)
• Experience representing Banks and other Financial institutions
• Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey is a PLUS
• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Highly motivated with substantial growth potential.
• Bankruptcy experience is a PLUS
