Responsibilities:
· You will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to children with autismin their home or in the community.
· You’ll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the child’s communication, self-help, social and play skills.
· You will relay info on your client’s progress to BCBAs to keep them informed and assist with BCBA assessments.
· At the end of each session, you will accurately record the child’s progress in our data collection system using your work assigned tablet.
· You will be responsible for clocking in, submitting your session notes and clocking out to align with strict ABA and Insurance provider regulations.
· You will voice questions, issues and concerns to your supervisors as appropriate.
· You will help to build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
· You will positively contribute to the Lil Know-It Owls culture.
