Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Bilingual Project Manager (Korean/English) at DigiTech Labs. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. This role is located in Santa Ana, CA, with the option for some remote work.
Serve as the key liaison between cross-functional Engineering and Product teams in the U.S. and Korea, facilitating seamless project communication and coordination.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource alignment for high-impact eCommerce initiatives.
Translate technical and business requirements fluently between English and Korean to ensure clarity and alignment across geographies.
Track progress against project milestones and proactively mitigate risks or delays.
Collaborate closely with engineering leads, UX designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to drive timely delivery of scalable digital commerce solutions.
Provide clear, concise status reporting and escalate issues appropriately.
Support documentation, meeting summaries, and communication artifacts in both languages.
Adapt to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Foster a collaborative team culture across time zones and cultural contexts.
Requirements:
Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written) is required.
3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in tech, engineering, or eCommerce domains.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
Experience working with Korea-based teams is a plus.
