\n\n \n What You’ll Do \n\nAs a Recruiter , you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle in a high-volume industrial/warehouse environment. You will:
\n\nSource, attract, and screen candidates through job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
\n\t\n\tPartner with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure equitable hiring practices.
\n\t\n\tManage job fairs, client site visits, and weekly tours.
\n\t\n\tBuild relationships with candidates and hiring managers to create great matches.
\n\t\nBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
\n\t\n\t2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in industrial/warehouse staffing.
\n\t\n\tStrong communication and customer service skills.
\n\t\n\tAble to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work with minimal supervision.
\n\t\n\tTeam-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
\n\t\nCompetitive salary: $45,000 – $55,000
