YOUR ROLEConduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support clients and their families.Monitor progress and adjust interventions with care and precision.Supervise and mentor our amazing RBTs and student analysts.Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes.Help foster a positive, supportive and growth-oriented team culture.
