We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Brand Specialist to help share our story, engage with customers, and drive brand awareness in key markets. Job Overview: As a Brand Specialist, you will be the face of Better Together Foods, responsible for representing our brand at events, retail demos, and social media platforms. You will engage with consumers, educate them about our products, and create memorable brand experiences that drive loyalty and sales. Schedule & Commitment: This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 30-40 hours per week. Primary workdays will be Friday to Sunday. Availability for weekend events and store demos is essential. Responsibilities: Represent Better Together Foods in a professional and enthusiastic manner at in-store demos and brand events. Educate potential customers about our products, ingredients, and brand mission. Conduct product sampling, answer questions, and encourage purchases. Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to enhance product visibility. Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team. Promote the brand on social media by creating engaging content (optional, if applicable). Assist in setting up and breaking down event displays, ensuring a clean and inviting setup. Requirements: Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about health & wellness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting light materials for event setup. Access to reliable transportation (must have a car). Social media presence and engagement (preferred but not required). Competitive hourly pay ($21/hour) + potential bonuses (5% commission on the sales per demo event).
