Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Froedtert West Bend Hospital is seeking dedicated volunteers to support our patients in the Breast Imaging area. Your kindness and care will help create a welcoming and supportive experience for those navigating their healthcare journey.
Role: Breast Imaging Patient Escort Volunteer: As a volunteer, you will:
Escort patients from the lobby to the Breast Imaging area with warmth and professionalism.
Guide patients to the changing area and provide a robe and cleansing wipe (if they used lotion or deodorant).
Assist patients with storing their clothes and personal items in a provided locker after changing.
Inform patients that a technician will assist them shortly and direct them to the waiting area.
Notify the Breast Imaging technician that the patient is ready.
Return to the lobby to assist the next patient or complete assigned tasks.

Completion of our volunteer onboarding process, including application, background check, health screening, and training.
Note: Flu vaccine required during flu season (October-April).
