Role Overview This is a full‑time, 6‑month contract role for a Technical Business Systems Analyst to work 3rd‑shif‑on‑site in Houston, TX. The role acts as the first line of support, using digital tools to monitor equipment health, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution. Job Description & Responsibilities Monitoring & Analysis: Using Caterpillar Marine Digital Tools to monitor equipment, review alerts, and analyze technical data. Troubleshooting: Performing health analysis and troubleshooting on machinery, often by cross‑referencing multiple digital tools. Communication & Documentation: Providing technical information to customers, fleet managers, and dealers. Clearly documenting all communication and actions in the Salesforce platform. Resolution: Identifying issues and determining the appropriate course of action for effective resolution, often in collaboration with Technical Leads and managers.
