Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving growth and building relationships in the environmental sector? Fuss & O’Neill is seeking a Business Line Manager to lead and expand our Environment & Facility Services business line presence in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire . Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Office and Regional Managers and Marketing to represent the firm at client, professional, and industry events.
• Drive business development in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire, focusing on both public and private sector clients.
• Build and cultivate client relationships to secure ongoing and future large-scale project opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen brand presence in target regions.
• Participate in Trilon Environmental Collaboration Topics Group to enhance service offerings across the network.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost Fuss & O’Neill brand awareness.
• Offer technical leadership on complex projects and support project managers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or a related discipline).
• 15+ years of experience in the environmental field.
• Proven experience managing client relationships with Utility, Municipal, and Private Sector clients.
• Prior success in business development and strategic growth, especially in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire .
• Professional licensure such as PE, LSP, or PG preferred.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and large consulting organizations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style.
