Why Girl Now Woman Later?

Mission: Girl Now Woman Later is on a mission to educate girls about menstrual health and reduce period shame. GNWL also works to increase the graduation rate for middle school and high school girls in Burkina Faso. We strongly believe that an educated girl will develop into an emancipated woman.

Vision: A world in which a girl’s education is not abandoned or taken away because of her gender, where she can freely pursue her education, become skilled at anything that she desires, still be a girl, and grow into a woman.

Your responsibilities should you choose to accept:

1. Social Media Management:
   • Manage and curate content across various social media channels (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn).
   • Create compelling and relevant content that aligns with our brand identity.
   • Engage with our audience, respond to queries, and foster community interaction.
2. Campaign Development:
   • Plan and execute social media campaigns to attract more people to our services and events.
   • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
   • Continuously evolve strategies based on insights and data.
3. Content Creation:
   • Develop creative content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
   • Ensure content resonates with our target audience.
4. Brand Identity and Guidelines:
   • Create and maintain branding and style guidelines.
5. Online-to-Offline Integration:

* Bridge the gap between online and offline experiences.

* Identify gaps and recommend new content to meet the needs of our awesome audience.

1. Reporting and Analysis:
   • Use data to create detailed reports.
   • Inform future marketing decisions based on insights.

• Ad Campaign Architect: Assist the marketing squad in crafting content for campaigns that'll rock the world.
• SEO Sorcerer: Use SEO magic to boost our online presence and lead our website to victory.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing techniques.
• Creativity: Ability to create visually appealing content and write engaging copy.
• Adaptability: Willingness to evolve strategies based on data and audience feedback.
• Visual Design: Competency in graphic design, animation, and other creative aspects.
• Degree/Certificate or equivalent in journalism, English, marketing, SEO or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SEO and content optimization techniques

Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including staff, supporters, and the public.
