Pay & Miles
$0.60 CPM W-2
Paid weekly Every Wednesday (SundaySaturday pay period)
Average take-home: $1,400$1,800/week

One-day orientation Paid $150 on first dispatch

General commodity: $50
Hazmat freight: $100
Hazmat Load Bonus: $100 per load
