Join our dedicated anesthesia team at Boston Medical Center – South, a patient-centered hospital serving the Brockton, MA, community. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases. This role offers a dynamic and autonomous practice environment where CRNAs are valued as integral members of the anesthesia care team. Key Responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthetic evaluations, developing anesthesia care plans, administering anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, monitoring patients throughout anesthesia administration to ensure safety and comfort, collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, managing post-anesthesia recovery including pain management and patient education, maintaining accurate and timely anesthesia documentation, and adhering to best practices and hospital protocols to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications required are CRNA certification from NBCRNA, current RN and APRN licenses in Massachusetts (or eligibility), Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia, BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire), and experience in hospital or surgical center settings is preferred but not required.
