CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Dementia Care, Direct Care (Full Time/ Part Time: DAY, EVE and NIGHT Shifts) Job Description:

Sundara Senior Living is a boutique Memory Care Community located in Round Rock, Texas . We are looking to have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Dementia Caregiver, Direct Care Attendant or Certified Medication Aide join our growing team.

We have both FULL TIME and PART Time positions available primarily in DAY and OVERNIGHT shifts .

Shifts may vary based on availability at time of application.

CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Dementia Care, Direct Care Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide emotional support
• Provide residents redirection and emotional support related to dementia needs
• Assist resident to engage and participate in dementia care programing
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs when requested
• Observe and report resident change in conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure collaborative patient care.
• Additional Universal Worker tasks such as kitchen duties, basic housekeeping and as assigned.

Certified Nursing Assistant/ Dementia Care, Direct Care Requirements :

• 2yr + Experience and passion working with Alzheimers & dementia care residents
• Preferred Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), minimum 1 year
• Able to pass a criminal history background check and may be subject to drug testing.
• Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with family members, staff and visitors
• Knowledge of EHR systems and medical documentation
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Experience in dementia care assisted living environment.

Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
