Location: Stardust Superfood Coffee3768 Capitol Ave Unit A Fremont, CA 94538 Position: Barista We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and energetic Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare Beverages: Craft and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other menu items following company recipes and standards. Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure each customer has an exceptional experience. Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently use espresso machines, grinders, and other café tools. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar, seating area, and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. Stock & Inventory: Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate any shortages to management. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth and efficient café operations. Upselling: Recommend and upsell menu items, seasonal specials, and merchandise. Qualifications Previous barista experience is preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person! Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
