Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping tasks : process invoices, track collections, update financial records, and support billing and reconciliation.
• Field incoming and outgoing telephone communications with professionalism and care.
• Learn the ins and outs of judgment recovery operations , including skip tracing and legal compliance protocols.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational skills and a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience education or practical use of tools like QuickBooks is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Desire to grow professionally: you’re ready to learn the business, take on responsibility, and eventually lead within the company.
