Salary: $65K - $75K + bonus

Bonitz of Georgia is hiring a Commercial Roofing Superintendent. Family owned and operated since 1956, Bonitz of Georgia provides commercial Roofing, Roof Decking Systems, Engineered Fills, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, and Acoustical Ceiling services. Bonitz of Georgia is a certified drug-free workplace. We operate primarily in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. FIELD OPERATIONS Quality Control on all job sites to include inspections on a regular basis
Conduct inspections with manufacturers
Daily communication with field employees & subcontractors
Monitor and report field progress of employees & subcontractors
Order materials & schedule deliveries
Coordination of proper PPE with employees
Coordinate equipment deliveries
Track & coordinate all field equipment (tools, scaffolds, etc.)
Attend weekly progress meetings
Conduct hand-off meetings with Foremen & subcontractors
OFFICE OPERATIONS
Professional communication via telephone and/or email correspondence, both intra-office and with external customers
Assist with the submittal process
Participate in set-up & hand-off meetings
Review estimates & plans with appropriate stakeholders
Review production drawings
Assist with pricing RFIs and CO requests
Assemble & monitor the budget for labor
Assist in creating weekly schedules
Coordinate layout of materials while adhering to budget
Assist with materials ordering
All other duties as assigned by your supervisor
