Job Title: Complaint Investigations Tech
Location: Alameda, CA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 5 Months
Pay Range: $25/hr – $30/hr (W2)
Investigate returned products (blood glucose meters, strips, sensors)
Perform routine physical, chemical, and functional testing
Use lab equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, test fixtures
Document investigation results and maintain quality records
Follow SOPs and support timely complaint resolution
High School Diploma or GED with technical experience
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet-based systems)
