Job Title: Complaint Investigations Tech
Location: Alameda, CA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 5 Months
Pay Range: $25/hr – $30/hr (W2)

We are looking for a “Complaint Investigations Tech ” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Summary
The Complaint Investigations Tech is an entry-level laboratory role within the Complaint Investigations Lab. This position is responsible for processing and investigating returned medical device products to support customer complaint resolution 

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate returned products (blood glucose meters, strips, sensors)

• Perform routine physical, chemical, and functional testing

• Use lab equipment: multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, test fixtures

• Document investigation results and maintain quality records

• Follow SOPs and support timely complaint resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with technical experience

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet-based systems)

• Maintain proper documentation of all laboratory work and quality records
