A company in South Orange County is searching for a Construction Accountant / Controller . The compensation is $100K to $120K, based on experience. This individual will handle all the accounting functions of the company. This position is 100% on-site.

Responsibilities Include:

• Construction background accounting
• End of Quarter prepare WIP and Financials
• Year-end financials (WIP)
• Bank reporting
• Job Costing
• 401K Census, Compliance, and Annual reporting
• Preparing entity tax information to CPA

Controller Skills and Qualifications:

• BA Accounting Degree - Masters is a plus!
• Construction accounting experience
• A strong background in developing and tracking budget expenses and cash flow management
• Strong record of ability to analyze complex financial information
• Experience with ERP Software
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• High attention to detail
