The position is a regular role requiring fluency in English. The work shift is the first shift in the United States of America. The job description involves providing client coverage banking services to corporate clients, focusing on corporate finance, capital markets, and treasury and payment solutions for mid to large cap-sized private and public companies. Expertise in maximizing client engagement and delivering Truist's full suite of products and capabilities is required. Additional internal client management duties as specified by the manager and team are also part of the responsibilities.
Essential duties and responsibilities include supporting new business development, performing tasks assigned by senior staff, coaching and mentoring Analysts or Interns, and building cross-functional relationships within CIB. Required qualifications include a BA/BS degree, licenses such as Series 7, 79, 63, four years of related work experience, strong knowledge of investment banking, mastery of financial and accounting concepts, strong organizational and leadership skills, advanced skills in written and oral communications, and solid analytical and sales skills. Preferred qualifications include an MBA degree with a Finance focus and six years of related work experience.
The annual base salary for this position is $100,000. Truist offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to eligible teammates. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation and 10 sick days, along with paid holidays. Additional benefits may include a defined benefit pension plan, restricted stock units, and a deferred compensation plan.
