As the store manager, you should feel comfortable delegating tasks and leveraging your team’s strengths. It is your responsibility to identify patterns and recurring issues in both front and back-end operations. You should have at least a basic understanding of all aspects of the business. Managers also serve as technicians, problem solvers specializing in a wide variety of electronic device repairs, including cell phones, tablets, computers, laptops, game consoles, and more.
