We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Cruise Coordinator to assist clients with booking memorable cruise vacations. In this remote position, you will guide travelers through selecting cruise packages, managing reservations, and customizing their experiences with top-tier service.

This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about travel, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a self-managed environment. Prior travel industry experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with selecting and reserving cruise packages based on their travel preferences
• Research cruise lines, itineraries, pricing, and travel policies
• Handle reservation updates, modifications, and customer communications
• Manage client preferences and keep accurate booking records
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current cruise offers and promotions
• Provide high-quality support and service before, during, and after cruise bookings

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable with using digital booking tools and online systems
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No previous cruise or travel industry experience required
