• Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional customer support
• Resolve customer issues and document interactions
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry accurately
• Maintain a positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Take initiative and work independently when needed

Qualifications:

• Typing speed of 30 35 words per minute
• Strong computer, communication, and people skills
• Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
• Able to focus for full 8-hour shifts
• Consistent and reliable attendance
• Self-motivated with a pleasant phone voice
• Leadership or administrative experience is a plus

Shift & Schedule Options: Standard First Shifts: Available Days Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Shift Times 6: 00 AM to 1: 00 or 2: 00 PM | 7: 00 AM to 2: 00 or 3: 00 PM Weekend Availability: Must work every weekend or every other weekend Optional Split Shifts (Weekdays): Morning 6: 00 10: 00 AM or 7: 00 11: 00 AM Evening 3: 00 7: 00 PM or 4: 00 8: 00 PM Weekend Straight Shift: 7: 00 AM to 3: 00 PM Split shift availability can be discussed during your interview Apply Today!
