Title: Data & Reporting Analyst

1-year contract

$55/hr + Benefits

Hybrid - 3x per week onsite

Herndon, VA OR Seattle, WA

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Create and manage scalable dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to provide clear, digestible insights that drive business decisions.
• Work with large, complex datasets, identifying new data sources and preparing reports to provide insights on key trends.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to assess needs, prioritize projects, and define requirements for new reporting initiatives.
• Help define and support processes to improve data quality, including establishing data collection frequency, ensuring consistency, and automating data gathering activities.
• Serve as a flexible and supportive team member, working across multiple business lanes to provide data and reporting assistance wherever needed.

Your work will directly contribute to several major projects, including:

• Implementation of DocuSign as a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool.
• Integration with ServiceNow -based systems.
• Centralization of legal documentation management systems.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a data analyst or reporting role.
• Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with Power Automate and working with large datasets.
• Excellent internal communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 remote) from our Bellevue, WA or Herndon, VA offices.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a legal environment.
• Experience with development or automation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft CoPilot.
