Job Title: On-Call Day Laborer (Part-Time)

About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as On-Call Day Laborers. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for those looking to earn extra income on an as-needed basis. As an on-call laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks depending on the day’s needs, including but not limited to general labor, moving furniture, cleaning, landscaping, or light construction work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
Assist with setup, cleanup, and other duties as assigned for specific projects.
Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by supervisors.
Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members to complete tasks.
Be available on short notice for on-call assignments.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license required. experience driving box trucks with lift gates a plus.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to varying tasks.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Prior experience in general labor, construction, or similar fields is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

This is an on-call position with no guaranteed hours. Work will be assigned based on availability and project needs.
Shifts may vary in length and timing, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings.

Compensation:

Hourly pay starting at $20.00, with potential for overtime depending on the project.
