Demolition Crew Foreman (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Perks Deconstruction is looking for a hands-on, bilingual Crew Foreman to lead job site teams across the Denver and Boulder metro areas. We provide residential and commercial dismantling services with a strong focus on environmental responsibility. Our team partners with contractors, nonprofits, and property owners to reduce waste and promote reuse throughout the Denver and Boulder metro areas. As Crew Foreman , you will lead a team of laborers to safely and efficiently complete deconstruction projects. You will be responsible for reading the scope of work documents, transporting tools and materials, organizing site operations, and communicating clearly with both field teams and project managers. This role requires leadership, accountability, and the ability to maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. You must be fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable using mobile apps for logging and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of one to six laborers on residential and commercial job sites
• Read and execute detailed scopes of work and organize daily tasks
• Load and transport tools and materials using company trucks and trailers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site at all times
• Install job site protection and enforce safety protocols with your crew
• Upload photos, updates, and receipts daily using Buildertrend
• Communicate consistently with clients, team members, and the project manager
• Deliver jobs on schedule while meeting safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience leading crews in construction, demolition, or deconstruction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid driver's license and experience driving trucks and trailers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all seasons
• Experience with mobile project management apps is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented

Compensation and Benefits

• $20 to $25/hour depending on experience
• Overtime eligible
• Work Anniversary Bonuses to reward your commitment:
• $300 after 1 month
• $600 at 3 months
• $1,000 at 6 months
• $1,500 at 1 year
