Role Description

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. You’ll be actively involved in multiple parts of the production process, from digital design and milling to hands-on finishing and support operations. We’re looking for someone who proactively solves problems, takes pride in precision work, and is motivated to expand their skill set within a company that supports internal advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate dental prosthetics using CAD/CAM software (WorkNC CAM)
• Operate and maintain milling machines and CAM systems
• Remove pin stumps from green state zirconia and inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• The right candidate will also assist in a small dental foundry
• Support general lab operations: answering phones, collecting parts, packing/shipping
• Maintain documentation and use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Cross-training to support multiple departments as the business grows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Dental Technology
• Experience in dental laboratory procedures, CAD/CAM, or CAM programming
• Comfortable using dental tools and handpieces
• Strong manual dexterity, spatial reasoning, and attention to detail
• Computer-savvy with proficiency in Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English
• Ability to stand and move throughout the day and switch tasks efficiently
• Must be able to commute or relocate to Leetsdale, PA
• Must pass a drug test and background check

• Starting wage from $20/hour, based on experience and skill level

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Day shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends or evenings
