Responsibilities • Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach and community events to promote solar energy solutions. • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide customized solar energy proposals. • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships. • Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales while maintaining company standards. • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from sale to completion. • Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value propositions. • Experience • Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector. • Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. • Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele. • Previous experience in door-to-door sales is advantageous but not mandatory. • A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is essential for success in this role.
