We’re looking for a dependable and motivated CDL driver to operate dump trucks for a busy and growing excavation and trucking business based in Marion, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a company that’s expanding quickly and has long-term goals, including new contracts and possible out-of-state travel work in the future.
What We’re Looking For:
CDL Class B license required (CDL Class A strongly preferred)
Ability to safely operate dump trucks on a variety of job sites
Experience hauling aggregates, debris, or equipment preferred but not required
Willingness to occasionally travel (optional, based on contracts)
Ability to perform basic truck inspections and daily logs
Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
Self-motivated and ready to grow with the company
Preferred but Not Required:
Experience loading/unloading or hauling equipment
Familiarity with local construction or excavation sites
Class A CDL for moving equipment with trailer
Compensation & Benefits :
Starting at $20/hour for drivers with no experience
Higher pay negotiable based on license class and relevant experience
Overtime potential
No benefits currently, but we’re actively working on setting up health and other benefits as the company expands
