Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced event planners to help ensure that each event runs smoothly from conception to execution. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, providing you with valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of events.

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection and vendor management
• Prepare and distribute materials needed for events
• Support event setup and breakdown activities
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain event databases and assist in tracking budgets
• Assist in post-event evaluations and reporting on successes and improvements

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in event planning is a plus
