Position:Entry Level Personal Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will provide essential support to senior executives, enabling them to maximize their productivity and focus on strategic initiatives. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will be an integral part of our organization, responsible for managing a variety of tasks and projects that are vital to the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Prepare and send correspondence, including emails and memos
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
Maintain an organized filing system for important documents
Conduct research and gather information for projects and meetings
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
