Qualifications

• No solar background required — we’ll train you fully.
• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality.
• Motivated, reliable, and ready to put in the effort.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.
• Must have dependable transportation.

Pay & Earnings

• Sales Consultant role pays 15–20% commission per install .
• Top performers consistently earn $90k–$120k+ annually , with leadership earning even more.
