Job Description

This position reports to the Event Coordinator and provides administrative and operational support for member events and functions. Responsibilities include maintaining required documentation, coordinating event setup with tennis and sailing departments, and serving as a point of contact for member groups regarding room availability. The role supports food and beverage operations by preparing weekly BEO packets, tracking event deadlines and attendance, assisting with billing adjustments, and monitoring vendor details. Additional duties include organizing regi&sp;=text?> event supplies, preparing awards materials bains index? :

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to track multiple events, deadlines ???????? ?di&znq; and details simultaneously
