We are seeking a highly organized Event Coordinator to support mission-critical engagements. This role requires a proactive professional with a background in intelligence operations and a strong understanding of strategic communications and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex logistics while ensuring compliance with security protocols and interagency communication standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute classified and unclassified events, briefings, and conferences.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of event objectives and messaging.
• Develop and manage strategic communication materials tailored to diverse audiences.
• Provide on-site and remote security support, ensuring all events comply with TS/SCI protocols.
• Facilitate interagency coordination and communication, ensuring smooth collaboration across government entities.
• Maintain detailed records of event logistics, attendance, and post-event assessments.
• Support crisis communication planning and execution when needed.

• Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory).
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination within secure environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure settings.

• Intelligence community background (military, civilian, or contractor).
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder alignment and cross-functional coordination.
• Expertise in strategic communications , including messaging and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with security support procedures for classified events.
• Understanding of interagency communication processes and protocols.
