Event Coordinator Our client is immediately looking for a self‑motivated and outgoing Event Coordinator to assist organization in B2B events and conferences. You will take a hands‑on approach to bring the experiences to life with the in‑house team of creatives. You will be responsible for partnering with Sales, conceptualizing in‑person booths with Marketing, supporting thought leadership webinars, preparing and managing event timelines, coordinating technical aspects, processing invoices, and delivering all materials. This role is ideal for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and work with cross‑functional teams to create experiences that build business relationships, generate excitement around the organization, grow sales, and amplify brand awareness. Responsibilities Creating and overseeing all customer‑facing event marketing collateral, requests, and materials for any B2B events or conferences, including trade shows and exps. Manage end‑to‑end planning, including logistics, and execution for presence at industry tradeshows, which includes organizing marketing materials, processing payments and invoices, and engaging with conference hosts and vendors. Own the project timeline and overall management for all assigned events as well as the related day‑to‑day communications with sales, internal executives, relevant speakers and other program participants, and other external partners. Work with Manager to lead cross‑functional partners (Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Creative). Work with VP and cross‑functional teams to identify new ideas and strategies to move B2B event marketing forward. Analyze marketing performance and content as needed based on performance. Work with multiple platforms including Teams, Workfront, Outlook to communicate project updates and timelines to teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality or related field. A minimum of 3–5 years tradeshow experience, event marketing experience. Superior organizational skills. Great leadership qualities and superb interpersonal skills. Ability to make decisions and ask questions based on data. Ability to manage multiple competing projects at various levels of scale. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Flexible and can adapt to fast moving, agile team. Working knowledge and comfort working in Salesforce and Workfront a plus.
