Job Description
EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER - CPA Office (Full-time or Flexible, NO REMOTE)
Location: St. Augustine, FL (in-office)
Responsibilities include:
Perform bank reconciliations
Enter and reconcile accounting transactions
Prepare balance sheets and income statements
Process payroll for small and medium-sized businesses
Prepare payroll returns (Form 941, RT-6, etc.)
Prepare sales tax returns
What You Bring:
At least 5 years of experience with the above Responsibilities
10-key by touch
Pass a background check
Must live within 30 miles of St. Augustine
No remote work
No relocation
Compensation & Perks:
$28.50–$32.50/hour base + performance bonuses
Auto allowance, medical, sick leave, vacation, etc.
