Job Summary: The Farm Equipment Operators role is to ensure the upkeep, daily maintenance of the farm and maintaining farm equipment.
Responsibilities: - Maintenance of farms to insure a clean and safe environment
- Operate tractors or other farm equipment
- Mowing, weed eating, pruning, and landscape maintenance as needed
- General equipment maintenance. Keep record of equipment inspection logs
- Report any damaged equipment, tool and/or supplies
- Report near misses and potential dangers
- Assist with cherry pickup, loading and unloading
- Help with H2A as needed
- Assist with coffee processing as needed
- Chemical and fertilizer application
- Ensure all personal protective equipment is worn during appropriate times
- Maintain clean workstations including Ag. Storage, vehicles, equipment and mill
- Perform related duties as required
**Follow all company procedures and policies, especially with respect to Safety, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices** Educational/Experience Requirements: - High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years farm equipment experience
- Basic math concepts
- Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations
- Good interpretive and/or reactive skills
- Forklift experience a plus
- Valid Driver's License
