What You’ll Do As a Forklift Mechanic , you’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment operates at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining forklifts and related equipment.
- Performing routine inspections to identify potential issues.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a forklift mechanic or in a similar mechanical role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- A detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
