Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight : Manage the overall operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. Ensure systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.
Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets for HVAC systems, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards. Understand the KPI's and drive them in the right direction.
Customer Relations : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction with services provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC systems, principles, and maintenance procedures.
Leadership Skills : Excellent leadership and managerial skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and suppliers.
Problem-Solving Abilities : Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
Pay is 90-100K annually.
