An exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially focused General Manager to lead and grow a dynamic U.S.-based metals distribution business. This role involves full responsibility for strategic, financial, and operational leadership—driving profitable sales growth and team performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Strategic:

• Deliver a robust, targeted sales plan aligned with growth goals
• Full P&L ownership for the U.S. operation
• Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize performance, analyze financial results, and drive revenue growth
• Represent the brand and strengthen market presence within the U.S. metals sector

Operational:

• Oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficient project delivery and high safety standards
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial and operational team
• Maintain strict adherence to internal processes and regulatory compliance across health, safety, and environment

Experience & Knowledge:

• Proven senior sales or general management experience in metals, specialty alloys, or industrial distribution
• Strong understanding of supply chain and distribution dynamics
• Industry knowledge of corrosion-resistant alloys is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (technical or business-related)
