Hiring Now: EHS Engineer (100% Onsite)

Location: Lexington, KY, 40511

Pay: $35–$45/hour (based on experience)

Duration: Through December 2025 – Possible Temp-to-Hire

We’re seeking an experienced EHS Engineer to join our team in a fully onsite role. This is a great opportunity to contribute to critical Environmental Health and Safety initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and implement EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs.
• Lead or assist in incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments; support external audits.
• Manage corrective actions and support EHS compliance initiatives.
• Oversee permitting and regulatory requirements for air, water, and land.
• Serve as the primary site contact for government EHS inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2+ years of EHS or similar experience.
• Strong understanding of health & safety engineering practices.
• Familiarity with ISO regulations and EHS compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and regulatory updates.

Reporting To: EHS Manager
